Peranzana, due to its extraordinary organoleptic properties, is among the most prized cultivars in the world, although the yield is very limited.

We harvest the olives during the veraison: the ideal moment to preserve their aroma and properties.

The milling, carried out within 24 hours with cold extraction, keeps polyphenols and vitamin E intact.

The taste is balanced, with an intense aroma of fresh fruit and sweet almond and a harmonious flavour between sweetness, bitterness and spiciness.
