Our artisanal "Casarecce" formats are presented as a type of pasta rolled up on itself, like a small twisted parchment with small cracks, which allow the sauce and condiments to penetrate better and retain all the aromas and flavours.
Our Casarecce formats Pugliarella I am Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures with semolina derived from wheat grains obtained directly from our farm to guarantee you the maximum Pleasure and of the Well being feed.
Curiosity
The name evokes the ancient home-made origins, an interpretation of the “pasta busiata” of Arab origin obtained with the “bus”, the thin cane of a plant with which pieces of dough were once wrapped, a format originally from Sicily, but also characteristic of other regions of Central-Southern Italy.
