Our artisanal Regional Fusilli are a particular type of short pasta, typical of Puglia. In ancient times they were prepared with a thin iron by housewives for Sunday lunches. Ideal with a meat sauce or combined with a vegetable sauce.
Our formats of Regional Fusilli Pugliarella I am Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures with semolina derived from a selection of fine grains grown at our organic farm to guarantee you the maximum Pleasure and of the Well being feed.
