Our artisanal Scialatielli are a format characterized by strips that are shorter than spaghetti, wider and with a rather irregular rectangular section, they go very well with fish-based recipes.
Curiosity:
The name scialatielli is presumed to derive from the union of two words from the Neapolitan language: “scialare” (to enjoy) and “tiella” (frying pan).
Our Scialatielli formats Pugliarella I am Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures with semolina derived from a selection of fine grains grown at our organic farm to guarantee you the maximum Pleasure and of the Well being feed.
